Femi Onireti excited as sponsored candidates shine in JAMB, 4 scored 300+, 8 others 250+

Mr. Olufemi Onireti, a philanthropist has expressed satisfaction over the results of candidates he sponsored in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) noting the performance was a marked improvement over previous years’.
Reacting in a press statement he personally signed, Onireti reiterated his commitment to promoting education cause through support for students who excel.
The results, according to an analysis by the Ogbomoso Progressive Elite Club (OPEC), organiser of the free-JAMB programme, out of about 100 candidates sponsored, 34 scored 200 and above, among whom are 12 notching 250 and above including four scoring over 300. The highest is 326, by Olarinde Love Olayemi, who had 72, 86, 78 and 90 in English, Physics, Biology and Chemistry respectively.

“Earlier this year, I sponsored JAMB forms for about 100 students across the five Local Government areas of Ogbomoso land, as part of my commitment to supporting the dreams of young people in our community,” Onireti notes in the statement.

“I am pleased to share that the results are out, and 34 of these students scored 200 and above. Leading the pack is Olarinde Love Olayemi with an outstanding score of 326, while three other students also achieved scores above 300. This is truly a remarkable feat.”
Onireti who is also a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), assured that any of the students who secured university admission would receive (partial) scholarship affirming his focus remains ensuring no student is constrained by finances.

“As promised, all students who scored 200 and above will receive financial support and guidance should they secure admission into universities this session. This is part of our effort to ensure that no hardworking student is left behind due to financial constraints.
“I remain committed to supporting indigent students in our community, because I believe education is the only channel to genuine and lasting community development. Together, we can build a brighter future.”
The free JAMB form is a programme of OPEC powered by Onireti.
