Hon Femi Onireti has hailed the appointment of Dr Saka Adegbite Balogun, a leader of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, as a high ranking chief in Ogbomoso.

“I join millions of Nigerians at home and in the diaspora in congratulating our father and leader Dr Saka Adegbite Balogun on his appointment as a traditional chief in his country home,” Onireti stated in a press release he signed personally.

The US-based entrepreneur and philanthropist noted the appointment illustrates the worth of the Octogenarian in community development saying the honour fits what he stands for.

“Dr Saka Balogun is a man of many parts, a workaholic despite his age, and who devotes himself to what he believes in whether politics or Ogbomoso project, you see him applying his energy. That is why his elevation to the position of High Chief Balogun of Ogbomosoland fits his worth,” he added.

“We wish him well in the onerous duty. I congratulate the PDP family on this new recognition. We are committed to service, we are devoted to progress. That is the lesson learnt from the Leader His Excellency Engr Seyi Makinde the Executive Governor of Oyo State. His administration is service-oriented. This is another plus for His Excellency.
