The Majority Leader of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Sanjo Adedoyin, has hailed the Oyo State Local Government Staff Pension Board; its chairman, Hon. Akeem Ademola Ige; and the management of the board.
This is sequel to the recognition of Oyo state as the Third Most Improved State in the Implementation of the Contributory Pension Scheme at the 2026 National Pension Commission Conference and Awards.
Hon Adedoyin in a congratulatory message to the board expressed optimism that Oyo state would soon emerge as the leading state in pension administration in Nigeria while also commending the Oyo state governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde for what he described as his unwavering commitment to workers’ welfare and institutional reforms, just as he noted that the national recognition validates the administration’s people-oriented policies.
