As schools reopen and children return to the classrooms in Oyo state today, Monday, September 14, Hon. Dr. John Adisa-Oke-LEGACY has welcome teachers, students and pupils back to school
“I warmly welcome all students, teachers, parents and school communities across our dear Ogbomoso Federal Constituency to a new academic session,” Hon Oke Legacy, Allied People’s Movement (APM) candidate for Ogbomoso North/Ogbomoso South/Oriire federal constituency stated.
“Every new school session brings with it a fresh opportunity to learn, grow, dream and prepare for a brighter future.”
He announced the distribution of 6,000 notebooks to school children in the constituency saying the purpose is to encourage attendance in school and alleviate the plight of parents.
“To support our students as they resume this September, we are distributing 6,000 notebooks across basic and post basic schools, ensuring that more children have access to one of the basic tools they need to learn effectively.”

He noted education was the most important investments in the young ones while charging students to bring determination and discipline to bear as another academic session begins.
“Education remains one of the most
powerful investments we can make in our children. When we provide them with the resources they need, we are investing in the future of our dear Ogbomoso and our society.
“To our students, I encourage you to approach this session with determination, discipline and an open mind. Ask questions, read widely, respect your teachers and never stop believing in your potential.”
Oke-Legacy who is also the chairman of Best Legacy College of Education, Ogbomoso, prayed for the students, “As you resume, may this new session bring greater knowledge, renewed ambition and outstanding achievements. Welcome back to school, dear students.”
