Life is so bitter that no matter what you do, people will still talk of you, either alive or dead. Whether you acquired wealth or not, whether you are rich or poor, people will still talk of you. That is why every thing boils down to vanity upon vanity, all is vanity. The above sayings are borne of another round of news of litigation over numerous properties acquired by late Governor Adebayo Akala by some who are not happy about the will the late governor left pertaining to the sharing of his properties among the children and associates.

This bring to the question why not let the man rest in peace having left this world of struggles, for he would not be happy while in the grave seeing the properties he had acquired through hard and thick being fought over! Regrettably, this is a man who was noted for his generosity to the masses not to talk of his own children.

Frankly, this is disgrace to the family and a lesson to learn by public office holders not to bent towards amassing wealth for their children who will fight on them after their death. If not that Akala was generous and a man of the people, comments would have been it served him well. Yet, how come those wealth too! Lesson to learn by all and sundry, let us remember vanity upon vanity, all is vanity.
