REACTION: Court judgment: Our monarch, Oba Ghandi, never had sleepless nights

We thank God for the approval of the Oba’s application for a stay of execution in respect of the nullification of his appointment as Soun of Ogbomoso land while the determination of his appeal is pending.
However, I disagree entirely with the impression that “respite has come to Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye as an Oyo High Court sitting in Ogbomoso has allowed his application for stay of execution of the nullification of his appointment as Soun of Ogbomoso land”.

It is pertinent to state clearly that Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye, Orumogege lll was and is never intimidated or disturbed by that judgement. The judgement did not and does not cause him sleepless nights knowing very well that more than 99% of the people of Ogbomoso are behind him. The Oba is like that gentle river that flows placidly and pacificly with the surface unruffled by the turbulence below and the tempest above.
The question of respite does not arise at all.
