Yajifarz Foundation salutes Tinubu, Makinde, security agencies, calls for greater unity in Ogbomoso

The chairman of the Yajifarz Foundation, Chief Abdulmajeed Solademi, has hailed the successful rescue of the abducted victims of Oriire local government area, in Ogbomoso, Oyo state, by security agents.

In a statement signed by Chief Solademi, it is noted that the safe rescue was an heroic feat accomplished by Nigeria’s security forces.

Solademi commended the steadfastness of President Bola Tinubu and Governor Seyi Makinde saying they showed leadership in the challenging time.

He further noted that they fulfilled the promise to rescue the victims, stressing they deserved pat on the back.

“Our security agencies have acted heroically by successfully rescuing our people held by bandits,” Alhaji Solademi said.

“We want also to laud President Bola Tinubu and Governor Seyi Makinde for remaining steadfast and resilient during the challenging period. They have shown great leadership. We commend them immensely for fulfilling the consistent promise that the victims would be safely rescued.”

Also, the foundation charges all indigenes of Ogbomosoland especially traditional rulers to rededicate themselves to unity, saying, “Unity has seen us through again. In unity we can achieve much, see how unity and cooperation bailed us out of the predicament of kidnapping by bandits. Let’s continue in this wise.”

Solademi also urged the people to remain vigilant and report any suspicious movements at anytime asserting that security is the responsibility of every citizen.

“If you see something, say something,” he declared. “This is a great day in Ogbomoso, we should seize the momentum to build a better community.”
