Yajifarz Foundation rejoices with Ogbomoso Muslims on Sallah, calls for greater unity against external enemies

The Chairman of Yajifarz Foundation, Alhaji Abdulmajeed Oladimeji Solademi, has felicitated with Muslim faithful in Ogbomoso and beyond on the occasion of this year’s Eid al-Adha celebration, urging greater unity among the people in the face of growing external challenges confronting the land.

In a Sallah message released through the Foundation, Alhaji Solademi described Eid al-Adha as a season of sacrifice, obedience, love and total submission to the will of Almighty Allah, stressing that the lessons of the festival should strengthen the spirit of unity, peace and communal responsibility among the people.

He noted that Ogbomosoland must remain united irrespective of political, religious or social differences, especially at a time when communities are facing increasing security and socio-economic challenges.

According to him, “This season reminds us that no society can progress where division, hatred and unnecessary rivalry exist among its people. Eid al-Adha teaches sacrifice, tolerance, compassion and unity. These are values we must continue to uphold as a people.”

The Yajifarz Foundation Chairman further called on residents of Ogbomosoland to remain vigilant and united against external enemies threatening the peace, security and development of the community.

He stressed that sustainable growth and community progress can only thrive where there is cooperation, mutual respect and collective commitment toward protecting the interests of the land.

Alhaji Solademi also urged Muslim faithful to remember the less privileged during the celebration, noting that the true essence of Eid extends beyond festivities to acts of kindness, generosity and support for vulnerable members of society.

He prayed for “peace, progress and divine blessings upon Ogbomosoland, Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole, while wishing Muslim faithful a peaceful and joyous Eid celebration.

“May Almighty Allah accept our sacrifices, answer our prayers and continue to strengthen peace, unity and prosperity in our communities. Eid Mubarak to all Muslim faithful,” he said.
