Dewkon Harvest Fields Ltd’s dream of stimulating a modern private housing estate in Ogbomoso Oyo state took a major leap forward Saturday as the company allocated land plots to prospective property owners.

Individuals from far and near who have paid for land plots at the scheme gathered to be allocated their plots.

According to Chief Pekun Amstrong Olaleye, who is one of the partners, the land allocation held Saturday was the first phase, “a pre-allocation stage designed to give greater vim to the dream and its realisation.”

Chief Olaleye, the Agbaakin of Okin-Apa, disclosed the next phase would be unveiled soon but assured it’s a project conceived to take care of future needs of modern residential areas in Ogbomoso in anticipation of the declared economic prosperity divinely designed for the city.

“Having successfully taken this major step today, the company will soon announce the next phase. But l want to assure the framework for the project makes it infallible. It is designed to create one-stop modern residence in Ogbomoso as we are soon to witness economic boom that will create need for new accommodations – and Green Haven Estate is conceived to meet the need in accordance with modern demands. Essential amenities will be provided and we will ensure security of life.

“Ogbomoso is on the verge of positive transformation, it is a God’s prophecy that will be fulfilled. New employment opportunities will arise and the population will increase. People will come from far and near to take up residence here in Ogbomoso.”
