The monarch who commended the Area Commander Ogbomoso, ACP Adigun, for his proactiveness and native intelligence, urged the AIG to help checkmate his men (from zone 11) on what he described as their excesses.
“I want to commend ACP Adigun, the Area Commander Ogbomoso area, he is always proactive and is full of native intelligence in handling issues. However AIG, l want to urge you to checkmate your men from Zone 11, they should handle matters with professionalism in their investigative assignments. On no account should they become a terror group to Ogbomoso people,” the Oba noted.
He also advocated neighbourhood watch in combatting crimes and enhancing police activities pointing out this will help in protecting life and property.
Likewise, the paramount ruler disclosed he had held several meetings with hunter and vigilante groups harping that his intention was to achieve greater safety in his domain.
