The Oyo state government in conjunctions with local governments has begun construction of 500-capacity Computer Based Test (CBT) centres across the state.

Ten such centres are to be built, however the first phase which is already underway would accommodate five including in Ogbomoso. Some other locations according to finding are Ibadan, Saki and Ibarapa.

ogbomosoinsightonline.com has learnt meanwhile that that of Ogbomoso would be located on the land of Ogbomoso Grammar School, the Ile-Iwe axis along Iwofin road beside the Millennium Model Secondary School.

Work has already begun on the project when Ogbomoso Insight visited the place Wednesday morning.

The 500-capacity centre is a commendable effort that will make Oyo state ready for the anticipated Computer Based Examination proposed by examination bodies for the future.
