I was struck by the unbeatable resume of Nathaniel Adewole at the last Valedictory Service and Prize Giving Day of Ogbomoso High School Wednesday last week, at which he instituted nine awards for students who excelled. That is when another distinguished alumnus of the school, Hon Ademola Olakanmi Olanlokun, opened up on him. Dr. Nathaniel David Adewole was a 1984 graduate of the school, and he was said to have led in WAEC throughout Oyo state that year.
He went on to become a medical doctor, a LL.B holder (a “lawyer” (though yet to go to the Law School), an ordained clergyman, investor, newspaper columnist, lecturer and now as associate professor. It’s a world of two extremes. A rare combination. That is awesome!
