Sympathizers besiege Oyo Majority Leader, Sanjay’s residence over loss of only son

Hundreds of sympathizers have been thronging the Ogbomoso residence of Oyo State House of Assembly Majority Leader Hon Sanjo Adedoyin over the loss of his first child and only son, Faith.
Faith, a 500 level student of Marketing at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology LAUTECH Ogbomoso, Oyo state, died Thursday morning following a fatal accident Wednesday night along with some of his class mates while returning from an excursion made to Oluminrin Water Fall, Erin Ijesa in Osun state.
ogbomosoinsightonline.com learnt three buses including a Sienna bus belonging to the Majority Leader conveyed the students to the excursion.
However when they were returning the Sienna bus where Faith was riding reportedly hit a motorcycle at Ilobu area in Osun state and was being pursued by other motorcyclists.
He reportedly fell into a valley “and as it landed it bursted into flame. They all got severely burnt beyond recognition. Only Faith’s body could be recognized after,” it was learnt.

The driver of the Sienna bus who was also the mechanic of the bus known simply as Jegajega also lost his life in the mishap.
No rescue operation could salvage the situation as the inferno raged terrifically.
Among the sympathizers to the residence of Hon Adedoyin are Chief Bayo Bankole (a leader of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the state), Hon Johnson Ogundele (member representing Oriire state constituency), Hon Abidoye Bamigboye (a former chairman of Oriire local government and former House of Assembly member), Prince Felix Akande (a former chairman of Ogbomoso South local government), Sheikh Yunus Teliat Ayialra (Chief Imam of Ogbomosoland), Hon Taiwo Alagbe (former chairman of Ogbomoso South local government) and Hon George Ogunlade (immediate past chairman of PDP in Ogbomoso North local government and party chairmanship candidate in the forthcoming local government election).
The 23-year old deceased has been buried.
