A staffer of the Oyo State Post Primary School Teaching Service Commission TESCOM in Ogbomoso zone, Mr. Fatai Adegoke, has passed away.

According to a report, he passed away Tuesday afternoon during a protracted illness. He was said to be in his fifties.

He was a non-teaching staff member at the Ogbomoso zonal office of TESCOM for years before he passed conversion exam to become a teaching staffer. He was subsequently posted out of the zonal office few years ago, to Soun High School Ogbomoso.

“He was loved by many teaching and non-teaching staff for his humility and devotion to duty,” a teacher, Mr. Timothy Akinola, told ogbomosoinsightonline.com. “He was always ready to assist when he was at the TESCOM zonal office. He was never swollen-headed, would take his time to explain things without any airs and would never expect gratification. That is why his sickness attracted a lot of sympathy making teachers to rally round to make contributions during the period. May God grant him rest and uphold his family.”
