Maigida Group Ogbomoso pays heartfelt tribute to late Hon. Justice Afolabi Adeniran

A leading social philanthropic association in Ogbomoso, The Maigida Group, has commiserated with the entire family of late Hon. Justice Afolabi Adeniran, the Ogbomoso community and the entire Oyo state over the passing of the late legal mongul.
Recall that late Justice Adeniran passed on on Sunday at the age of 83 years.
In a condolence message on Monday, The Maigida Group Ogbomoso noted that whilst Justice Afolabi Adeniran was on planet earth, he was an extraordinary, very important personality as far legal matter is concerned, noting it is no wonder, “the heavens have been blazing forth his death like that of a Prince.”
In the message endorsed by the President and Executive Secretary of the group, Prince Niran Beyioku and Prince Adegboyega Ogunosun respectively, the passing of Justice Adeniran was further described as “a monumental and colossal loss not only to his chosen profession of law – where he excelled, reaching the zenith as Chief Judge of Oyo State but also to his hometown Ogbomoso and Oyo state in general.”
They then added, “He embodied the spirit of Ogbomoso, and deservedly was found worthy of being the President of the Ogbomoso apex socio-cultural association Egbe Omo Ogbomoso Parapo Agbaaye.”
According to the association, “In this capacity as President of Ogbomoso Parapo he served selflessly and wholeheartedly becoming a beacon of hope and architect of many developmental initiatives. His quiet mien was endearing, his fair attitude was worthy of emulation and His life as a whole was inspiring. We learned a lot from him which will guide our path in respect of service to one’s community.

“And as Chief Judge of Oyo State he was exceptional, he upheld the integrity of the Judiciary and ethically performed his duty, overall he helped to deepen the legal scenario.”
The group, extending its heartfelt grief on behalf of its life patron Dr Samson Adewale Adegoke Maigida and all other members prayed for the repose of the soul of late Hon Justice Afolabi Adeniran and prayed God to grant the family and the entire members of the community the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
