Portugal captain, Cristiano Ronaldo has equaled the record of Ali Daei, former Iranian international becoming the joint highest international goal scorers with 109 goals each.
The Ronaldo’s feat came in the ongoing Portugal vs France Euro 20 group match which currently stands at 2-2.
The Portugal international has netted a brace via penalties which he converted in each half of the explosive match.
The Juventus star has now also scored five goals in the Euro 20, two in the first match against Hungary, one in the match against Germany and two so far in the ongoing match with France which they beat to lift Euro Cup in 2016.
The 36 year old has recorded the feat in 177 matches.
