Sir Ade Johnson’s Golden Jubilee today, March 3rd, 2024, no doubt calls for celebration among his loved ones. Indeed, it’s been five decades of God’s grace and kindness in his earthly adventure.
Sir Ade Johnson, whose full name is Akinade Johnson Adeyemi, has always been in a different class – a class distinguished by examples of personal discipline, hard work, compassion, generousity and unbendable principles. Either in private or public life, Sir Ade Johnson is very much atypical. He stands pretty tall and far away from the archetypal lot. Interestingly, he earned the aforementioned attributes from the odyssey of a life of sailing against the wind when many of his mates walked a road paved with comfort and relative safety. Akinade Johnson Adeyemi’s struggles through early school life, decision to set forth early to fend for himself and create his own luck by accepting and applying himself even in lowly jobs and his abiding faith in a future that rewards hard work and negligence, all combined to toughen his resilience. All these experiences have given him wisdom beyond his years and also strengthened his shoulder for many who would lean on him along life’s journey.

Sir Ade Johnson is a man of many parts. He mingles in high profile circles. His rich C.V speaks volumes. Akinade Johnson is a good product that doesn’t need much advertisement. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Walden University, USA. He is an American multiple awards winner. And most of the awards he won are lifetime member. Such as: National Honor Society in America, six times awards of National Society of Leadership and Success, an Indigenous National award in America LAMBDA, and the Golden Key International Honor, which covers five Continents including Africa. Also, Alpha Phi Sigma, the highest American honor in Criminal Justice. In addition, Ade Johnson is an associate of many scholars in the National Museum of African-American History and Culture in Washington DC. He had a commemorative Presidential Print Honor from President Barack Obama and many more. Remarkably, prior to the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary election that produced Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Sir Ade Johnson was appointed as the USA coordinator for a team that worked for the actualization of Bola Tinubu’s dream. He is still fully in charge of the group. The team is under the umbrella of the National Coalition of Tinubu Support Groups (BAT). He was part of the team that received and gave His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his entourage warm reception at the Nigeria House 828 2nd Avenue, New York, USA on September 20, 2023.

However, there is no doubt when looking at Sir Ade Johnson’s background, one will not be surprised for his excellent performance. He is from the noble family of Olukumapa, Oke-Taara, Ogbomoso. The house has produced notable and recognized people in different callings.

Consequently, writing about this gentleman, a lot will be written on the pages of book. His life is aptly described with the popular saying, the more you look the less you see. Which indicates the dilemma of the writer on him.
