Genesis Medical Diagnostics Centre applauds Ghandi’s approval as new Soun Ogbomoso

Genesis Diagnostics Centre, beside Alapo Evergreen Hotel, Starlight Area, Ogbomoso, Oyo state, has applauded the Ogbomoso kingmakers and the Oyo state governor, Engr Seyi Makinde over the emergence of Prince Afolabi Ghandi Olaoye as the new Soun of Ogbomosoland.
In a congratulatory message made available to ogbomosoinsightonline.com Monday and signed by Prince Victor Oyetayo Olawuyi, the CEO, notes the ratification of Prince Ghandi Olaoye aligns with the wish of the majority of Ogbomoso people home and diaspora.

Prince Olawuyi stated the approval is answer to the prayer of the people whom he said have been longing for an Oba with modern outlook, expressing assurance the reign of Ghandi would unlock a lot of opportunities for the city.
“The approval of Prince Afolabi Ghandi Olaoye is in tune with the wish of the majority of Ogbomoso people home and abroad. We have been praying since we learnt he’s the choice of the kingmakers that he would scale the final hurdle.
“Thank God that hurdle has been scaled. He is the kind of Oba any community will wish for in view of his humility, achievements in private life, connections, education and travels. He is urban in outlook and we are assured his reign will unlock gates of opportunities for Ogbomoso.
“The kingmakers did well by selecting him and for the state governor to have ratified the selection is commendable even though it took long before coming.”

The medical laboratory scientist urged the people of the city to support the new Oba adequately stressing, “It is by supporting, cooperating and praying for him that the goal of a greater Ogbomoso can be achieved,” he added.
It is recalled that Prince Ghandi Olaoye’s choice was granted approval last Saturday by the state government following which many indigenes of Ogbomoso and beyond have been rejoicing believing his reign will usher the city into a new path of prosperity.
