Ògbómọ̀ṣọ́ Pivotal Club, Lagos a group of passionate Ogbomoso indigenes has said the reign of Oba Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye Orumogege III as the Soun of Ogbomosoland has ushered in a new era of development in Ogbomosoland.

The club in a statement signed by the president, Mr Joel Ọ̀wọ́adé, and general secretary Dcn Gbìtẹ́ Adégòkè, to celebrate Oba Ghandi’s birthday, said the transformative impact he has had on the region is paving the way for a brighter future.

“Oba Ghandi’s unwavering commitment to the progress and advancement of our community is truly commendable, under his guidance, we have witnessed remarkable strides in infrastructure, social welfare, and economic growth, all of which have enhanced the lives of our people.”

While the Pivotal Club pledged their unwavering support and continuous contributions towards the realization of Oba Olaoye’s vision for Ogbomosoland, they expressed enthusiasm to work hand-in-hand with the traditional ruler to ensure that his 25-year development plan for the region comes to fruition.

“As a socio-cultural organization, we are dedicated to the betterment of our community, we are committed to aligning our efforts with Oba Ghandi’s strategic goals, leveraging our resources and networks to catalyze the transformative change he envisions for Ogbomosoland.”

Ogbomoso Pivotal Club, Lagos is a group of impassioned individuals united by a common aspiration: to nurture their community, sow seeds of change, and foster a brighter future.

Established in 1982, the Pivotal Club has contributed immensely to the advancement of education, health and infrastructural development of Ogbomosoland.
