Oluwo to Soun: ‘Whoever is against you is against God,’ lauds devptal strides (PHOTOS)

The Oluwo of Iwoland, Oba Abdulrasheed Adewale Akanbi Telu l, Saturday, extended moral support to the Soun of Ogbomosoland, Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye Orumogege lll, when he declared that anyone fighting him is waging war against God.

This is as he hailed the Soun over what he described as his transformation agenda in Ogbomoso.
Oba Akanbi who made the declaration during a visit to the palace of Soun at Oja’gbo after attending the burial ceremony of the mother of Chief Sunday Dare, immediate past sports minister in Ogbomoso, according to credible sources, said, “Anyone that is against the Soun of Ogbomosoland is against God, because every Oba is a representative of God.”

Ogbomoso Insight was further informed that Oba Akanbi pointed out, “Every palace is a house of authority and anyone who is against the house of God will be dealt with by God.”
Oluwo then submitted, “Let your enemies keep trying, God is above them. Those who tried that with me in Iwo, they all paid for it.
“Kabiyesi, don’t disturb yourself, keep reigning as the father of this land.”

Lauding the developmental strides of Oba Ghandi, he reportedly enthused, “I was here during the time of the former Soun, but with what I am seeing, Oba Ghandi has really transformed Ogbomoso Palace into the likes of Buckingham Palace,” adding, “We have heard much about you sir, the good things you are doing in Ogbomosoland are breathtaking.”

Oba Akanbi then emphasized, “I wish to inform you that the position of Soun in Yorubaland can’t be underrated.”
