Israel will respond to Iran’s attack, but the scope of that response has yet to be determined, an Israeli official told CNN Sunday.

The official said Israel has yet to determine whether it will try to “break all the dishes” or do something more measured.

The options are expected to be discussed in detail during Israel’s war cabinet meeting on Sunday, the official added.

Iran late Saturday launched over 300 direct drone and missiles attacks from its territory on Israel but 99% of which were intercepted by Israel and its “partners” according to reports.

It was a retaliatory attack in the wake of the April 1 attack on Iranian consulate annex building in Damascus Syria which caused deaths of 13 persons including senior Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) commanders.

Israel is widely suspected to be behind the airstrike, though it has not officially claimed responsibility.
