BREAKING: Deputy Commissioner of Police allegedly hangs self in Ogbomoso

Body of a Deputy Commissioner of Police have been allegedly found hanging in his apartment in Ogbomoso, Oyo state.

The deceased identified by a neighbour as DCP Gbolahan Oyedemi, was said to have come home for the Easter celebration.
Said to be living alone in the house as it is disclosed he never married, his corpse was found in the house Monday afternoon but who discovered the body is yet to be ascertained.
When ogbomosoinsightonline.com arrived the residence at Petros Academy Street, Federal Lowcost area the police had cordoned off the area but sympathizers were seen in groups discussing the matter in hushed tone.

“Sometimes he came home with police security, in fact l saw him recently driving personally into his beautiful mansion.”
According to information, he asked his aide de camp and other aides he arrived Ogbomoso with to go visit their families after which he allegedly committed suicide.
Late Oyedemi who was in his 50s was Aide de Camp to late Governor Adebayo Alao-Akala during his eleven month tenure as governor (January to December 2006).
