Noting the appointment of Abdulrahman to the secretariat of the “most important league in Nigeria,” which is said to be his second coming, the association declared it is evidenced of his deep knowledge of league administration.
“The appointment is a testament to his expertise and know-how in football administration having previously served in the same capacity.”
Oyeleye, who is the general manager of Crown Football Club, Ogbomoso, stated the chairman of NALCOMA, Hon. Chidi Emmanuel Okonkwo is highly elated with the appointment, adding that the body is of the view that “the re-appointment of Dr. Abdulrahman is geared towards moving the league forward, adding,”The association is poised to breaking new frontiers for the development of the league as shown in the developmental plans and collaboration with the new board in recent times.”
The association pledged it’s loyalty, commitment and collaboration with the secretariat and promised to make the club owners shoulder available to lean on anytime, as it was done for the previous helmsman.
Dr. Abdulrahaman is equally implored to show “strength of character in the discharge of his duties and shun any act capable of undermining the league.”
The association therefore prayed for more “wisdom, strength and sound health for him to be able to meet up with the challenge of managing the secretariat to a glorious new dawn.”
