Oba Olaoye is Ogbomoso’s new beacon of hope – The Elect’s Church

As the happiness of having a new king grips the people of Ogbomoso, Oyo state, The Elects Chapel International, behind High Court (off Stadium road), Ogbomoso, has enthused the new monarch who was installed Friday (September 8) represents beacon of hope and prosperity.

This is contained in a congratulatory message titled, “Oba Ghandi Olaoye: The Beacon of Hope and Prosperity for Ogbomosoland,” signed by its senior pastor Rev’d Dr Taiwo Iyanda and made available to ogbomosoinsightonline.com.
“The installation of Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye as Soun of Ogbomoso is seen as a plan of God to take the entire Ogbomosoland to a new level of prosperity and fulfillment,” the statement began.
Continuing, it says, “We give all glory to the almighty God for giving us His Imperial Majesty, Oba Afolabi Ghandi Olaoye the Orumogege 3 as our king.
“The entire members of The Elects Chapel International on this note show gratitude to God, rejoice with our newly installed king, the Kingmakers, Soun-in-Council as a whole, the Soun royal dynasty, the Christian and Muslim faithfuls, traditionalists and all indigenes of Ogbomosoland home and in diaspora.”

The church expresses assurance, “The Lord who has begun this good work in Ogbomoso will surely complete it in the name of Jesus Christ.”
Setting agenda for the new monarch it prays, earnestly, “May the reign of the new King bring the long awaited prosperity, liberation, love, unity, peace, progress, development, joy, and blessings to the land of Ogbomoso.
“May the new King live long on the throne. May His Imperial Majesty’s reign be described as a GOLDEN ERA.
“The entire members of The Elects Chapel International will not relent in praying for the new King. It is our prayer that the almighty God will continue to guide and direct you in all your decision making.
“Congratulations to the Soun and all citizens of Ogbomosoland.
“Long live the King! Long live Ogbomosoland! Long live Oyo State! Long live Nigeria!”
