TESCOM loses teacher in Ogbomoso

A secondary school teacher at Community High School, Eleesun Adeosun, Oriire local government area, Ogbomoso, Oyo state, this morning slumped and he never recovered.
The deceased, Gbenga Akanni, slumped in his home at Ayegun College area, Ogbomoso, at about 5:00 0’clock.
ogbomosoinsightonline.com learnt his corpse has been deposited at the morgue of the State Hospital, Sunsun.
He was recently transferred to Eleesun Adeosun High School from Laogun Adeoye Community High School, Ogbomoso.
He even reportedly went to school on Thursday.
He passed out of Ogbomoso Baptist High School in 1998 and was employed by the Oyo State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) in 2010 after participating for two years in the Federal Teaching Scheme.
The Iwo-born teacher was a lover of football.
His wife from Kwara state was not at home at the time of the incident as she works as a teacher in Kwara state and so only his children witnessed his passing as he died before he received medical treatment.
He is survived by the three children and aged parents.
He will be buried on Saturday January 14 after burial service at Methodist Cathedral Arowomole, Ogbomoso.
