Today, Monday, September 16, marks the 70th birthday of my Fine Art Teacher, Mr. Edward Solomon Olorunmojo, in secondary school, Federal Government College, Ogbomoso (FEGO), Oyo state. To clock 70 years in Nigeria is an amazing grace. I rejoice with him and congratulate him. Over 30 years ago he taught me and my colleagues, without exaggerating he made us love the subject and his charisma was motivational and inspiring. He was a teacher of the students, that one remembers this milestone he is celebrating attests to the unforgettable impact he made in our lives, I am sure many of his former students who know today is his birthday will have a feeling of joy towards him. On behalf of all of his former students I say happy birthday, our Eddy Mojo, and l pray you will continue to enjoy good health and prosperity. Peace shall reign all round you in Jesus name.

He was born to the family of Olorunmojo Ozogun in Isua-Akoko South East LGA of Ondo state Nigeria. He equally had his primary education at St. Joseph Primary School, Isua Akoko between 1963 and 1969. Thereafter, he proceeded to Ilorin, Kwara state.There, he attended Cherubim and Seraphim College, Ilorin. For his tertiary education, he schooled at the Federal College of Education, Panchin for his NCE. Finally, at Delta State University for his Bachelor Degree in Fine and Applied Arts.

He was employed by the Federal Ministry of Education and seconded as Fine Art teacher to FGC, Ido-Ani in 1982. He also worked in FGC, Ikirun and FGC , Ogbomoso at different times, retiring in 2014.
Married with children, God has continued to bless him with good things of life particularly health.
Oga Eddy Mojo, the remaining days of your life shall be greatly blessed sir. Long life amd prosperity.
