‘Your principled stand on issues inspirational,’ Alaaje felicitates Oba Ladoja at 80

Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja has been described as a man of unbendable principle, a virtue noted inspires a lot of people.
This is the submission of the Alaaje of Aaje Ologo in Ogbomoso, Oba Reuben Adesina Amao Osunbiyi I JP, dss dir, fsi, contained in a congratulatory message to Oba Ladoja on his 80th birthday.
“Oba Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja is an icon of principle. If you want a man that is principled look for Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja. All his life he has upheld the principles he believes in. He is never swayed by personal gains, he is rather guided by the truth he believes in,” Alaaje says.

“That is why he is so much respected and feared. Friends and foes alike fear him because they see him as a man who doesn’t bend based on frivolities. This he has proven several times.”
Oba Amao congratulating the Oyo state former governor, notes, “I felicitate the people’s governor on his birthday. He is a remarkable personality who has touched many lives. I found him an inspiration based on his principled stand on issues and l heartily rejoice with him on this milestone.

“In politics, in business, in traditional milieu, in private life, his principled stand always marks him out and that is why l believe he reached such eminent height in life. He is a model of virtue. He is a philanthropist as well and hates the poor, less-privileged and the handicapped being cheated. However, his weakness is loving people equally with the fear of God.
Oba Amao a former Assistant Director General of Department of State Services (DSS) saying he had known Oba Ladoja for long and that he had benefited from his wealth of experience immensely, also hailed him for always allying with “equally men of good character. Some of his political allies in Ogbomoso whom l know like Prince Timothy Beyioku and late Baba Gbadebo Oyelade are further testimony of his good naturedness. Because these are men of sterling characters also.

“We cherish him in Aaje because he gives our family valuable pieces of advice and mentors us whenever we have problem and to the glory of God, his guidance assists us in maintaining peace and sustaining law and order for development.”
