AMAZING: Whopping 300 students get free JAMB form, free lesson in Ogbomoso – courtesy BSA Foundation

The Boodaa Sunday Adeyemo (BSA) Foundation recently paid for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) form of 300 students in Ogbomoso, Oyo state.
The CEO of the foundation, Mr. Sunday Adeyemo, in a chat with ogbomosoinsightonline.com Friday said the gesture was his token towards raising the bar for the youths to have access to higher education in the community.
Boodaa Sunday as he is fondly called, said the hardship in the country makes it imperative for those who are privileged to assist the less-endowed in germane pursuits, such as education.

Disclosing beneficiaries cut across the five local government areas of Ogbomoso, he assured he would continue to make contributions to the education advancement of the upcoming ones.
“Ogbomoso is an important community, occupying an enviable position. There is therefore need to up the stake by providing opportunities for the upcoming children to have access to higher education. They are our future.
“This l have realized and what l did is just my own little contributions. Things are hard in the country, and many parents might not be able to buy JAMB forms for their children for lack of money. That is why our foundation stepped in. It is important people who have the wherewithal drive the educational pursuit of those who are less-privileged. I will not relent in such endeavours.”

He informed that 1500 application forms were initially given out to prospective candidates from among whom 300 scaled the qualifying exams which held on November 30 at Lagbami Osekun Civic Centre, Ogbomoso South local government secretariat, Arowomole.
Meanwhile, it is revealed that 200 more students who are able to score above 200 would have their JAMB fees reimbursed.
In the meantime the foundation has rolled out a free JAMB lesson at Baptist Secondary Grammar School Ahoyaya, for students preparing for the UTME slated for April, for both beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries of its free JAMB form.
Adeyemo consequently charged the beneficiaries to study hard for the exam “in order to record high scores and gain admission into higher institutions.”
“Education offers better prospect for a great robust future,” he underlined.
