Lady saxophonist who thrilled congregation with saxophonist husband during wedding dies 7 mths after

Kehinde Ifeoluwa Aremu, a rising female saxophonist star, is dead. She died Sunday, October 15, after allegedly suffering injection complications during a brief illness. She was 27 years old.

According to information gathered by ogbomosoinsightonline.com the deceased who married in March this year and already “in state” recently suffered ill health and was taken to a health centre. “She was given injection which perhaps was administered wrongly and she later died,” a source close to the family informed.

Her husband, Kayode, the founder of “Hossanah Orchestra,” has also been getting rave review as a saxophonist, “He was part of the Boys’ Brigade band that played during the royal procession of the new Soun of Ogbomosoland, Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye Orumogege III on September 14. I also saw him last week at a retirement service full of life,” said another person amid grief.
Recalling her wedding day in March 2023 at a Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) in Ogbomoso, Oyo state, the source said “It was a thrilling moment when she and her husband, Kayode, entertained the congregation with saxophone.”
Described as a good-hearted lady she was buried Monday.
