Adewuyi.Adegbite, Insight columnist, historian loses mum

Death has occurred of mother of Hon Adewuyi Adegbite, Mama Comfort Abegbe Adegbite, nee Oyeniran. She was 85.
Adegbite, a columnist with The Insight newspaper, print version of ogbomosoinsightonline.com, and who is a contributor to articles to several national dailies, in a social media post Wednesday, announced the passage of his mother, who died evening of Monday, July 10.
He had written, “A LONG GOOD BYE! “The pain of parting is nothing to the joy of meeting again” – Charles Dickens. Mama Comfort Abegbe Adegbite nee Oyeniran(1938-July 10, 2023), Adieu.”
Of the popular Olukumopa family, Oke-Taraa, Ogbomoso, Mama sired several successful children.
