Promise fulfilled: PDP Reps Candidate, Onireti, commences rehabilitation of Road in Adiatu Area, Ogbomoso

In fulfilment of the promise he made Friday to rehabilitate a road in Adiatu area of Ogbomoso and as part of effort to complement the good work of the present government in Oyo state, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) House of Representatives candidate for Ogbomoso North, South and Oriire federal constituency, Hon. Olufemi Oladokun Onireti on Monday mobilized contractors to site.

Onireti in his brief remark during the inspection of work said, “I feel fulfilled today because last Friday I made a promise to rehabilitate this deplorable road and to the glory of God work has started today.
“I appeal to all residents and road users to show maximum understanding and cooperation as the rehabilitation of the road will take some few days before it will be open for use”.
One of the residents in the community, Dr. Olatorera in his remark showered encomiums on Onireti. According to him “I was shocked when I saw that the rehabilitation of this road which had been in a bad state for many years is being done by Onireti. This shows that he is truly a God-sent to the community and Ogbomoso at large. We cannot thank him enough for this gesture”.
The chairman for PDP Ogbomoso North local government, Hon. George Ogunlade who also joined Onireti to inspect the rehabilitation work in his remark commended the financier of the project, saying, “Hon. Onireti has been known to be a humanitarian and philanthropist who has done a lot of life-impacting projects in Ogbomoso.
“He has once again shown us that he will be a good federal representative and the pointer to this fact is what we are witnessing today. No doubt, after the completion of this project, the traffic congestion inward and outward of Ogbomoso will reduce as this road links to a major road.”
