Boost to Golf as Olamiju Alao Akala donates training kits to Ogbomoso Recreation Club

The lawmaker representing Ogbomoso North/Ogbomoso South/Oriire federal constituency Hon Olamijuwonlo Alao-Akala has donated golf training kits to Ogbomoso Recreation Club (ORC), taken possession of, by the executives of the club.

The items presented Thursday had members in attendance while the lawmaker was well represented by his party (All Progressives Congress, APC)’s faithful.

Hon Olamiju Alao-Akala, a member of the ORC considered it his contribution to the uplifting of the Golf Section and as a way of developing the game in the city.

The president of the ORC, Dr Akin Oladeji Johnbrown commended the honourable noting his gesture would boost the game and assist rookies just learning the rope of golf.
