In a congratulatory message Oba Amao remarked the victory was a source of happiness and was expected, describing it as an indication of great things to come to Ogbomoso.

“The victory gives us immense joy at Aaje Ologo, it is a good development, one that is exceedingly in favour of all lovers of Ogbomoso zone,” the message reads.
