Are-Ago Tailor Ogbomoso, Chief James Ayansina, dies at 102

Pa Chief James Ayantoso Aremu Ayansina, the Are-Ago Tailor of Ogbomosoland is dead.
He died in the early hours of Sunday, January 19th, 2025, at the age of 102.
This is according to a statement by his son, Dr Simeon Olusola Ayansina, of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun state.

The Alajagbon House, Caretaker area Ogbomoso-born tailor was conferred with the prestigious chieftaincy title of Areago Tailor in 1988 and held the position until death.
Burial arrangement is to be announced later by the family.
