The Christian wake came up on Friday, November 15 while the funeral programme was held Saturday, November 16 at Masifa Baptist Church, Ogbomoso. They were grand occasions.

Retired Director of Department of State Services, DSS, and former Chief Security Officer to the former governor of Oyo state late Otunba Christopher Adebayo Alao – Akala, Mr. Kolapo Oyadiran, has buried his late father Pa Timothy Oladejo Oyadiran, 93yrs old.

The ceremony began with a Christian wake at Osupa Baptist Day School, Osupa area, Ogbomoso, Oyo state. The final burial ceremony came up on Saturday 16th November 2024 @ Masifa Baptist Church, Idi-Araba, Ogbomoso. Reception and entertainment of guests came up at Henlea Event Centre, Oke-Aanu. Dignitaries who graced the occasion included Alaje of Aaje Ologo HRM Oba Reuben Adesina Amao, members of Ogbomoso Recreation Club, O’First Group, and many other top Ogbomoso indigenes. Pa Oyadiran was a community leader who led a good and purposeful life before he went home to be with his maker. He was survived by children, grand children and great grandchildren among whom are Mr. Kolapo Oyadiran, Deinde Oyadiran and Mrs. Mojisola Adigun. May his soul rest in peace.
