All is set for the human development conference slated for Tuesday, October 1, at the International Conference Center, University of Ibadan, Ibadan. It will start 8:00am.

The conference organized by UMéRA Business School and tagged “UMéRA Boost 3.0 Conference,” has as theme, “Made for more.”
Several speakers will address the conference including Hon Adebo Ogundoyin, Speaker Oyo State House of Assembly & Chairman, Conference of Speakers of State Legislators of Nigeria; Dr Oyenike; Hon Akinola Alabi; Yemisi Adepoju; and Olamide Alao-Akala.

Others are Chief Olanipekun Olaleye Amstrong; Hon Olamijuwonlo Alao Akala; Tope Mark-Odigie; Aderonke Oluseye; and Ronke Giwa-Onafuwa.
According to Chief Olaleye ‘Pekun Armstrong, DFO Umera Farms, the conference is aimed at “the enhancement of the way people especially the youth think, we want them to have a mindset that will make them realize the potentials embedded in them and guide them to be mentored by visionaries. It is a leadership conference tailored to build idealistic leaders.”

The event flyer corroborates this noble goal, “This is your chance to elevate your mindset, unlock your potential, and connect with men of vision.”
The conference will incorporate motivational talks as participants are to be inculcated with skills to achieve the highlighted noble goal. They will learn “self development, personal growth, business building, wealth building, clarity and networking,” it’s further stated.
