A new football competition to discover and develop young talents is set to debut in Ogbomoso, Oyo state.
The competition tagged “Orumogege Football Competition,” an initiative of Ogbomoso Community Youth Forum (OCYF) is packaged to coincide with the one year ascension anniversary of the Soun of Ogbomosoland, His Imperial Majesty Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye Orumogege III.

OCYF in a press release signed by chairman of the organizing committee.of the competition, Mr Amos Ado and secretary, Dr. Adeniji Idowu, stated a press briefing where details would be unveiled is slated for August 27 at Ogbomoso Recreation Club

Information such as participating teams, match fixtures, and winners’ prizes would be part of the schedule during the press briefing to commence 3pm.
