Protest against relocation of LAUTECH agric faculty witnesses impressive turnout

The protest organized by Egbe Ogbomoso Parapo Agbaaye against the planned relocation of faculty of agricultural sciences Ladoke Akintola University Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, to the newly founded Iseyin campus to constitute it’s nucleus, has witnessed a large turnout.
The peaceful protest which has been turned into a townhall meeting at Soun Ogunlola Hall Oja’gbo is to appeal to the governor to rescind the decision.
The gathering is opposed by a number of vested interests who tried to scuttle the protest.
It is underway now.
