Mr Oludare Alaba, a graduate of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH, Ogbomoso, Oyo State has received a sum of five hundred thousand naira (N500, 000), as a respite.

The largesse came Sunday at about 5pm.

It was presented to him by the LAUTECH Global Alumni led by Hon. Onilede Solomon, alias LIMO, in conjunctions with the Oyo and Delta states chapters among others.

While speaking with ogbomosoinsightonline.com this evening, Oludare said: “the gift was presented to me at Ibadan, beside the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State (BCOS) headquarters.”

Continuing he disclosed, “I am very happy for the help, the money will bring some respite, they are true leaders.’

He prayed that he should have the opportunity to be of help to people who are also in need in the future.

In the meantime, it is learnt that more help will come his way as old students of some early sets have concluded plans to place him on salary job as a starter. Details are still being worked out.

It is recalled that Oludare Alaba, on Monday, September 5, stormed his alma mater to return his first-degree certificate and requested refund of the tuitions he paid while in the institution.

His reason was that since he could not secure job after seven years of graduation the certificate was worthless.
